Emotional Grammar

Emotional Grammar is method of Non-cognitive  examination of the physical feelings which emotions generate. 
The simple idea that the feelings which control us and have us running all around the place might have a structure and grammar to them. If we could connect to the feelings and transcribe them as feelings instead of words, we might get a better understanding of ourselves. 

When you realize that your thoughts are symbols of the outer world and not facimiles of it you can start to work on clearing deprogramming yourself to reach a deeper inner Peace. This is based on Empathy, Mindfulness and Love.
